Other IDEs such as Eclipse have a quick fix feature, where we can type Ctrl+1 (in Eclipse), or click on a lightbulb that is displayed as soon as we select something in an editor.
This is similar to the lightbulb that is currently displayed in some cases, e.g. when I have a query like
SELECT * FROM x;
Then, I'm offered to expand it to:
SELECT "A1"."I" "I" FROM "SAKILA"."X" "A1";
But the existing lightbulb only seems to work with warnings, not with selections. Imagine a quick fix like factoring out expressions in derived tables (as suggested here: https://apex.oracle.com/pls/apex/f?p=43135:7:105816082533778::NO:RP,7:P7_ID:46221) being made available whenever I select an expression...
