Description: Adding the ChannelUsernames Field to a Contact Record allows you to offer solutions to customers who have posted their issues on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, or other social channels.
This course provides interactive, hands-on instruction on how to add the ChannelUsernames field to a contact record in RightNow CX.
Note: This course is based on the August 2013 release of Social Monitor. You may have a different version installed, but the basic tasks and concepts are similar. Releases prior to February 2013 use the label Cloud Monitor instead of Social Monitor for the icon in the navigation pane.
