1) Import the plugin into your application
2) Add a new page item, and choose plugins > Add Value Selectlist
3) Fill in the parameters, check the help function for the appropriate explenation
4) Optionally you can add a dynamic action on your page that is triggered when the value is created.
5) Run the page, and you're done!
