In 3 (Steps) we "Shove Off" !

Welcome to the 2025 season with GHRR on the historic and ever so peaceful Green Harbor River!

Here are the registration Steps all rowers must complete to help us stay safe and sustain GHRR.

Step #1: Complete the 2025 GHRR member / guest registration. (Click the Button below)
Step #2: Complete your insurance waiver. The button below will take you to that link.
Step #3: Submit Your Membership payment. Mail or Venmo
Guests, (We love guests!) please complete Step 1 & Step 2.

Support Always have enough help and ask for help handling equipment! Rowers are injured handling equipment more than rowing equipment!

Navigation If on the water with no other boat - Carry a cell phone for emergency contact.

Navigation On the water - KEEP RIGHT and IN YOUR LANE - 90 DEGREE Lane Crossings- do not Sit in High Traffic Areas

Dock Landing Approach Dock from CENTER NORTH SIDE of river, AIM RIGHT HIP for dock corner - Protect Boats from Rubbing on Docks

Private Private Boats & Oars are PRIVATE

Boat Cleaning Clean Scum Line both sides - If Hull is particularly scummy - Prerinse with clean river water, Use fresh water whenever possible for cleaning, Clean seat tracks with Vinegar mix

Boats Tie-Down Straps - Buckle OFF the Boat, Pulling DOWN on the Buckle

Oars Use Club Oars, Bungie together (Blades & Sleeves) Blade curves facing

Slings Lock Up - 2 in Club Oar Box , 2 in Private Oar Box, 2 in the Member Auto Key Box. Remainder in Quad Box and all LOCKED UP!

Neat & Tidy BEFORE LEAVING - Do a TURN_AROUND LOOK to check site for left behinds, trash and general visual appeal
