Karen has more than 19 years experience installing, managing and supporting Oracle Applications used in various industries including Chemicals, Entertainment, Defense, Recruitment, Telecommunications, and Hospitality. She has focused on the Financials suite of products, plus Workflow, Property Manager and BI Publisher as functional specialist, workflow administrator, trainer, programmer, team lead, and/or project manager. Karen is also a member of the OAUG board of directors, serving in multiple capacities in the last 16 years, including President, Past President, Vice President, and Secretary. Karen has served on multiple OAUG and Collaborate conference committees, including chair of one of the Australian conferences, and has presented many papers and training sessions at the various OAUG and user group conferences locally, regionally, and internationally. Karen is co–author of several books including “The ABCs of Workflow for E–Business Suite Release 11i and Release 12”, “The Release 12 Primer”, and “Installing, Upgrading and Maintaining Oracle Applications 11i” and contributes regularly to answering questions on Oracle’s workflow forum. Karen has served on the OAUG Customer Support Council and currently serves on OAUG’s Fusion Council and on the IOUC Product Development Council.
