Overview of the Regatta Management System (RMS)
The Regatta Management System (RMS) was designed to allow coaches or team captains to manage their regatta team entry information. When teams are created uner RMS, the team will create a team code that will identify entries throughout RMS. Crew members listed under a team (identified by the team code) will redisplay under that team as new regattas are entered.
Inidividuals can post entries under an Unaffiliated banner ("team") or under any team listed within the RMS database, but management of this information (changes and deletes) will be controlled by the administrator of the team account. The Unaffiliated team will be managed by the organization that is hosting the regatta and managing the related regatta information.
To post entries as an individual, go to the "Teams" tab and select the "For Individual..." link. Use this link for unaffiliated entries (those not being entered under any specific team) or if you want to post your entries without waiting for the coach (team captain).

Regatta Schedules and Results
When entries are closed, lane assignments can be made by RMS and instantly available to view. Lane assignment sheets for publication, referees, and the finish line staff can be viewed and printed. Anyone with an internet connection and device can view the RMS application on the web. In addition, there are views that are designed for small screen devices (smart phones).
As races are completed, the results can be entered into the RMS application and the results will be immediately updated for viewing on the web.
Throughout the entire regatta process, messages can be posted to the Regatta Information page as well as the Event Descriptions and Entries pages.
